Simon Thomas gathered his players at the first home game of the season for the first team annual team photograph.

New bhoys present were defender Lewis Bartrip, attacking midfielder Bobby Williams and forward Sam Millen. Some notable missing players include defender Lance Akins, recovering from injury, and also defender Kiah Froud.

A player present and one for special mention is forward Dan Williams. Playing veterans football last season with the Catholic United vets side, Dan was called upon on a few occasions by Simon Thomas, with one of those call ups last season at Brightlingsea Town, saw Williams join the match as a half time substitute. Three goals later and a Man of the Match performance had Catholic United narrowly miss out on an Essex Premier Cup Semi-Final place.

To date, Williams has played 82 matches, scoring 37 goals.
